Developer Relations (Solana Validators)

Developer Relations Lead

Pye Labs is hiring an experienced Developer Relations Lead to own day-to-day communication with Solana validators. This role sits directly between business development and engineering and is responsible for onboarding validators into our beta.

Responsibilities

• Manage validator communications across Telegram and Discord
• Keep documentation up to date (CLI, protocol)
• Onboarding validators through:
  • User guides
  • 1:1 calls and screen sharing
  • Async troubleshooting
• Report bugs, issues, and feature requests to the engineering team
• Work with business development to ensure validators move through the pipeline (onboarding, DeFi trials, new features)

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience working with Solana validators, DeFi, and staking
• Comfortable using Git, GitHub, and Supabase
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, validators, and leadership
• Comfortable jumping on calls, debugging issues, and troubleshooting
