Salary range

• Mid level: 150,000 - 175,000 USD
• Senior level: 190,000 - 210,000 USD

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer at Crossmint, your responsibilities will include:

• Write high quality code: correct, secure, performant, maintainable.
• Write architectural and design docs: individually and with the team.
• Run your projects end to end: from conceptualization, to shipping and beyond.
• Perform On-Call duties: participate in paid on-call shifts (once or twice a quarter).
• Mentor new team members.

About you

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English.
• Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills with industry experience.
• Professional Experience: Accumulate 3-5+ years of professional experience.
• Programming Expertise: Showcase advanced knowledge in at least one modern programming language such as Javascript, Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, etc.

We highly value candidates with the following experiences:

• Provable experience shipping high quality code.
• Excellent reading and writing comprehension skills in English.
• Experience working on a team and references to back it.
• Experience working on Web3 and/or Blockchain projects.
