Genius - Growth Marketing

Location: NYC, in-person only (non-negotiable) Experience: Minimum 3 years testing and perfecting marketing campaigns & funnels Compensation: $90k–$110k base + token and equity grants + cash bonuses

Role

You will own growth across product and brand for the Genius ecosystem. Genius is building a next-generation crypto terminal and exchange, with the deepest network coverage of any terminal, and the most liquid backers in the industry. Growth is not an afterthought here: it is the acquisition engine, the retention loop, and the community differentiator.

Your mandate is to architect the Genius growth strategy and product adoption around two guiding principles:

1. Delight — frictionless, elegant onboarding and user journeys that surprise and satisfy.
2. Dopamine — data-driven campaigns and behavioral growth loops that reward engagement, drive repetition, and sustain community stickiness.

Archetypical Users

Discretionary traders, large whales, sophisticated actors, and those with high risk tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute Genius’ growth engine across Twitter and other social channels, making Genius chronically present in trader conversations and narratives.
• Learn the art of shitposting — and do it with taste — to spark engagement, build culture, and keep Genius top-of-mind in the trading community.
• Build and nurture relationships with top traders, influencers, and KOLs — converting them into active Genius users and advocates.
• Lead paid acquisition channels across Google, Twitter, and more — blending performance marketing with brand growth.
• Implement feedback loops: experiment with posts, track engagement, identify what resonates with traders, and double down to compound reach and stickiness.

Requirements

• Track record of growing products
• Proficiency in paid acquisition
• Behavioral psychology literacy: able to design for dopamine without losing trust.
• Obsession with detail: Marketing language, graphics, and more
• Bias to action, ownership, comfort with ambiguity.
• Speed, speed, speed, speed
