About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to support business partnership and planning by translating business goals into human capital strategies. You will serve as a lead for HR processes, manage HR operations and total rewards administration, and drive talent development and global HR-systems adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze team data to provide insight for enhancing team structure, optimizing talent flow, and supporting organizational planning.
- Oversee HRIS system integrity and implement automated workflows and data management.
- Design compensation and benefits structures, including specialized retirement vehicles (e.g., 401k, RSUs) and flexible benefit plans.
- Guide managers and employees on multi-state employment laws and regulations while resolving associated issues.
- Identify team performance issues and design and deliver training programs to improve employees' skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, and employment law.
- Strong data analytical skills to identify and adapt core HR functions (e.g., recruiting, compensation, performance evaluation).
- Excellent ability to manage HRIS systems and design training programs.
- Proficiency in SPSS and advanced Excel.
Compensation & Benefits
Target annual salary compensation for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.
