Job Description

We’re seeking a Master for Europe to join the Fedi Order and help scale our mission of empowering communities worldwide through Freedom Technologies.

This is a senior regional leadership role responsible for building and operationalizing Fedi’s European ecosystem. You will own execution across community growth, partnerships, and team development — working closely with global leadership to drive adoption and cultivate a high-performing network of Knights, Ambassadors, and partners across Europe.

You are accountable for outcomes. You will set strategy, align teams, track performance, and ensure regional activity translates into measurable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership.

AI-Enabled Leadership

Fedi is evolving toward more AI-augmented ways of operating. We value leaders who think in systems and proactively increase leverage through technology.

We expect you to be comfortable using AI tools to improve research, reporting, planning, and coordination. Experience building structured AI workflows, including automated reporting systems, research systems, or agentic setups, is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute Fedi’s European growth strategy in alignment with global objectives and core GTM framework.
• Identify priority markets and lead regional expansion efforts.
• Drive outcomes through leadership of Knights and Ambassadors — setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring accountability.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage Knights while providing mentorship and leadership development.
• Support Knights in coaching Ambassadors and translating strategy into local execution.

Community & Ecosystem Development

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with Bitcoin communities, organizers, educators, and ecosystem partners.
• Support onboarding of communities and organizers into Fedi.
• Lead regional collaborations, pilots, and special initiatives.
• Represent Fedi at conferences, meetups, and ecosystem events.
• Organize and host regional activations, workshops, and Fedi Sessions.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with Business Development to localize and implement GTM strategies.
• Provide Marketing & Comms with regional content, success stories, use cases, and community insights.
• Deliver structured feedback to Product & Engineering based on on-the-ground usage, friction, and emerging needs.
• Support Operations in sourcing and coordinating local talent.

Performance & Operations

• Own regional quarterly planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Track KPIs related to user acquisition, community engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Maintain strong activity tracking and visibility across Knights and Ambassadors.
• Provide regular strategic updates to global leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior community, ecosystem, growth, or regional leadership roles.
• 2–3+ years in Bitcoin, open-source, or decentralized ecosystems.
• Experience leading multi-country or regional teams.
• Strong European Bitcoin/tech network.
• Proven ability to drive results through others.
• Experience managing partnerships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort owning planning, budgets, and reporting.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Fluent English; additional European languages preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Strong alignment with financial sovereignty and freedom technologies.
