About Us

Exo Technologies is a research and development firm founded by a group of early Solana community developers. We work across many different verticals—including LSTs, DeFi, DePIN, and RWAs—with clients ranging from seed-stage startups to large institutions. Some of our clients include Jito, 0x, Switchboard, and the Solana Foundation. We are a small, distributed team looking for engineers who are passionate about web3 and excited to work on a wide range of products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solana Blockchain Development using Rust
• Understanding of the SVM runtime
• Experience indexing Solana data with RPCs or Geyser
• Rust API development experience
• TypeScript experience is a plus
• Knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity best practices
• AI tooling experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• USA citizenship is a plus
