Antier operates at the intersection of blockchain, AI, tokenization, digital assets, and enterprise Web3 infrastructure. Our audience is serious: technology buyers, fintech leaders, Web3 founders, developers, ecosystem partners, and institutional decision-makers. Our communication needs to match that of the audience in tone, context, and credibility. It must be performance-driven, not hype-led.
We're hiring two Senior Social Media Strategists to own Antier's presence across LinkedIn, X, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube. The primary mandate is to drive visibility and inbound demand for Antier's offerings, translating our capabilities, client work, solution launches, partnerships, and product updates into platform-native content that generates qualified business conversations. You'll set narrative direction, run campaigns, manage communities, and tie social activity to measurable business outcomes.
You'll own Antier's social presence end-to-end. Across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and newsletters, you'll surface capabilities, case studies, solution narratives, partnership announcements, and KOL collaborations to drive inbound interest. Across Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, and X, you'll run community activation through campaigns, quests, AMAs, partner ecosystems, and live formats that build qualified audiences around what Antier offers.
Strategy & Narrative – Build platform-specific content strategies tied to Antier's offerings, launches, partnerships, events, and active business priorities. Translate what Antier builds and delivers into clear, credible content shaped by ICP context, audience psychology, and platform behavior. Founders, developers, institutional buyers, and ecosystem partners each need a different angle and a different hook. Identify white space in competitor and ecosystem conversations where Antier's work can land with impact.
Brand Voice & Approval Workflow – You'll be the custodian of Antier's social voice, working with the existing tone and refining it as platforms, audiences, and our offerings shift. Voice should stay consistent in tone and credibility while feeling native on each platform. Content moves through an internal review process: marketing leadership signs off on standard posts, with additional product, legal, or compliance review on token-related, client-related, or otherwise regulated topics.
Campaigns & Lead Generation – Design social funnels that move audiences from awareness to inquiry across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and landing pages. Run campaigns around solution launches, client engagements, reports, events, and partnerships, each anchored to clear conversion hooks rooted in buyer psychology and the decision context of the target ICP. Build KOL and creator collaborations that bring qualified attention rather than vanity reach.
Platforms & Community – Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, X, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube. Each platform has its own user behavior, content rhythm, and engagement patterns, and content must be platform-native rather than cross-posted. Host and produce X Spaces, Discord stages, and AMAs. Maintain community health, response quality, and engagement standards.
Performance & Reporting – Track engagement quality, audience composition, profile visits, link clicks, inbound inquiries, and campaign-attributed outcomes, not vanity metrics. Read audience behavior across content types, formats, and platforms, and adjust accordingly. Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insight, not dashboards: what worked, what didn't, what changes next.
Crisis & Trust – Handle FUD, misinformation, and sensitive moments with composure and accuracy. Stay aware of regulatory framing risks (SEC, MiCA, financial promotion rules) when shaping content around tokens, assets, or yield-related topics.
What we value most is your portfolio and proven impact — the brands or handles you've scaled, campaigns you've executed, and measurable outcomes you've driven.
