What you’ll be responsible for

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Social Media Specialist to run the day-to-day operations of our social channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for publishing, monitoring, and optimizing content—especially around partner activity, company news, and thought leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with Legal, Content, Marketing, and Comms to ensure we show up consistently, accurately, and with brand excellence across all platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable managing a high operational workload, and capable of using sound judgment within established brand and compliance guidelines. Experience supporting Web3 or developer audiences is highly desirable.

What you'll work on

• Exercise sound judgment in daily publishing by balancing speed, accuracy, and risk, knowing when to proceed, pause, reframe, or escalate content within brand and compliance guidelines.
• Own daily social media publishing across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other priority channels.
• Repost, amplify, and coordinate partner announcements, ecosystem updates, and collaborations.
• Promote blog content, announcements, and customer/partner stories with channel-appropriate framing.
• Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all channels.
• Draft, refine, and format posts to ensure they meet brand, tone, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor social channels to track accuracy and sentiment, surface key trends or risks, and ensure timely updates or corrections when needed.
• Measure and report social performance to generate insights that optimize content strategy, cadence, and amplification.

What you’ll bring to Circle

Core Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally at a tech, fintech, crypto, or high-compliance organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and content packaging skills across X/Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Experience working with photo and video editing tools like Photoshop and Premiere, and other AI tools to accelerate productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume publishing with consistency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with social analytics tools and content planning systems.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating as an independent executor.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams.
• Experience in the Web3, crypto, developer, or financial services industry.
• Experience with PR or Communications is a plus.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $112,500 – $147,500
