Overview

This role is built for a high-performing closer who thrives on commission-based success. You’ll be responsible for driving sales of real estate investment opportunities to individual investors, with the freedom and upside of an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Raise capital from high-net-worth individuals, leveraging a proven ability to source, engage, and close investment commitments independently.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations for both current and prospective investors; oversee content strategy and curation.
• Provide timely insights on market trends and report key findings to the leadership team.
• Contribute to drafting thoughtful commentary and analysis for investor communications and materials.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales or capital raising for real estate projects in each of the last three years.
• Strong understanding of real estate underwriting, risk assessment, and the ability to articulate these concepts effectively to investors.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term investor relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose, accountability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
