Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY, for a Regional Sales Director overseeing the United States and South America markets. The Regional Sales Director will lead sales initiatives to drive growth, identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities, and establish long-lasting client relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, developing sales operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve revenue and business targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations to drive strategy and results
  • Expertise in Customer Service and relationship-building to engage and retain clients
  • Strong background in Team Management, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities in emerging markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the blockchain and digital asset industries is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English and Spanish to efficiently communicate across both markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
