About the Role

As a Senior AE focused on onramps, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion.
  • Proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs before they become obvious, including wallets, payment startups, infra providers, neobanks, and PSPs.
  • Lead sales efforts specifically around fiat to crypto onramps, stablecoin rails, and wallet infrastructure.
  • Close complex, high-impact deals ranging from early stage pilots to multi-year strategic contracts.
  • Act as a trusted partner to founders, product leaders, and engineers, helping them design scalable fiat to crypto flows.
  • Build long-term relationships across the crypto payments and fintech ecosystem.
  • Develop deep product and technical knowledge, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
  • Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

Deeply crypto-native

  • Chronically online and highly plugged into crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and founder communities.
  • Actively tracks new startups, infra providers, and payment trends before they hit mainstream awareness.
  • Comfortable speaking fluently about stablecoins, wallets, onramps, compliance, and crypto payments.

Experienced in fintech and payments

  • Background in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of fiat rails, KYC, compliance, and payment flows.

Strong on impact

  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close meaningful B2B deals in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience selling to founders, product teams, and technical stakeholders.

High-energy and autonomous

  • Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal structure.
  • Aggressive but thoughtful outbound mindset.
