Senior Accountant

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Accountant to be the backbone of our financial operations. In this critical role, you will manage the full spectrum of accounting duties—from daily transactions and reconciliations to month-end closing and collaborating with international partners. What you'll be doing:

• Preparing payment vouchers, tracking accounts payables, and processing payments for suppliers on time.
• Issuing invoices (if any).
• Handling inter-bank transfers and payments, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and general reporting on company financial health and liquidity.
• Monitoring and checking monthly, quarterly, and annual overheads reports.
• Working with Tax authorities and outsourcing accounting firms.
• Implementing settlement with local/overseas partners.
• Reconciling and auditing financial discrepancies as they arise.
• Collaborating with international and domestic banks, funds, and other financial institutions to complete payments and reconciliation.
• Managing AR, AP, and GL functions at month-end closing and preparing analyses of accounts.
• Being responsible for Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Publishing financial statements, cash flow statements, and tax returns.
• Registering and allocating fixed assets.
• Collaborating with the HR Dept. regarding PIT (Personal Income Tax).
• Any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.

What we're looking for:

• A Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a General Accountant (experience in the Banking Industry is a plus).
• Experience in overseas banking transfers is a must.
• Sound knowledge of Vietnam accounting and taxation.
• Ability to communicate in English is a must (IELTS 5.0).
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to use Xero accounting software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete work on a tight schedule.
• Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred.
