## Business Development Director We are seeking a **Business Development Director** to drive the adoption of blockchain and distributed ledger technology within capital markets institutions. Based in New York, this role will focus on building strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, and financial market infrastructure providers looking to modernise trading, settlement, and post-trade operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across financial institutions to understand their technology priorities and identify opportunities to implement blockchain solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and operational resilience.
