With a premium user focus and a culture built on **velocity × excellence**, we’re moving fast to outpace legacy players and build the next generation of financial services. ## The Role Your mission: build a **best-in-class fiat payments platform** that integrates PSPs, bank rails, and real-time networks, while orchestrating them intelligently for resilience, compliance, and user experience. ## What You’ll Be Doing - Integrate and optimize **PSPs, banks, and real-time payment networks** (e.g., PIX, UPI, Faster Payments). - Partner with engineering to design **event-driven, reliable, ledger-safe services** for deposits, withdrawals, and payouts. - Balance **cost, approval rates, and resilience** with smart routing and failover strategies. - Work with Compliance and Ops to embed KYC/AML and regulatory controls directly into the payment flows. - Set and track KPIs: success = **rapid, seamless onboarding, near-zero payment failures, and instant reconciliation**. ## What You'll Bring - **3-5 years of experience** in product management, with **experience in payments, PSPs, or banking rails**. - Proven track record building **core payment infrastructure** or orchestration platforms. - Knowledge of **PSPs, real-time rails, settlement, reconciliation, and risk/fraud controls**. - Experience working closely with engineers on **API-first, event-driven, cloud-native systems**. - Entrepreneurial mindset: ruthless prioritization, bias to ship, and ability to balance speed with compliance. ## Why KAST? - Build the **payments brain** behind a **global, stablecoin-first challenger bank**. - High ownership, zero bureaucracy, and direct impact. - Work with a world-class team. - Competitive comp + meaningful equity. - Join a no-BS, high-energy team on track to be the **next unicorn**. ## How To Apply? Since our launch a year ago we are now among the top 5 globally in the crypto card space — and we’re only getting started. ## The Role KAST is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Country Manager** to lead our crypto card product in the USA. This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record at a crypto exchange or crypto card product, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of local market nuances. As the local market owner, you will drive product localization, community growth, and domestic scaling. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, navigate the regulatory landscape, and represent KAST as the face of our brand in your country. ## What You’ll Be Doing - **Community Building:** Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST's crypto card product. - **Go-to-Market Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the USA market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns. - **Navigate Regulation:** Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly. - **Local Product Development:** Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the USA, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships. - **Domestic Scaling:** Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success. ## What You'll Bring - **Experience:** Proven experience in a leadership role at a crypto exchange or crypto card product is essential.
