<p></p><p>Top global trading firm looking for a DeFi developer to join a small, highly technical trading team building high-performance systems that operate directly on decentralized markets.</p><br><p>The role is hands-on and focused on building production systems in Rust and Python, covering execution, on-chain integrations, and performance-critical components where latency and reliability are key. There is strong end-to-end ownership and clear visibility across the full trading stack.</p><br><p>They are looking for someone with a solid software engineering background and several years of experience (typically around 3–7). ## About the Company and Role A small and highly technical crypto prop trading firm running fully systematic strategies is looking for a new junior to mid-level **Quant Trader/Researcher**. The team is lean and engineering-driven, with traders closely involved in Python development, live trading infrastructure, execution logic, and trade monitoring, and they maintain a very high technical bar.
