Assistant Office Manager at FINOVERSE

As the Assistant Office Manager at FINNOVASIA, you will be provided an opportunity to gain bookkeeping and operational experience at a soonicorn company. Applicants must present a professional demeanor, pay attention to detail, and possess the ability and initiative to work independently.

Your role at FINOVERSE

  • Shadow the Operation Manager as she performs her duties.
  • Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks in Hong Kong office; support overseas office when required.
  • Assist with research, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate and complete records.
  • Responsible for ordering supplies, pantry snacks, onboarding equipment, internal event decorations, seating plans, office expansion or relocation to ensure efficient use of office resources.
  • Handle expense/invoice processing in a timely manner for the administration department.
  • Support logistics and provide administrative support for incoming visitors, greet visitors, answer telephone calls, and perform general reception duties including coordinating deliveries and courier services.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications for deliveries and courier services.
  • Work with bookkeeping software for reconciliation and invoicing tasks.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks when required.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related discipline with 3 years of experience in an operations management position.
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with spreadsheet and database development.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are preferable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Proactive, motivated, eager to learn and pays attention to detail.
  • Google Suite, Xero knowledge preferable.
  • A passion for the Innovative & Tech industry is a plus.
