Business Development Manager at FINOVERSE

We are looking for Hong Kong-based candidates who are passionate about events and media in the FinTech or Tech sectors and looking for a company that shares a great culture and team to join us!

As the Business Development Manager at FINOVERSE, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding client relationship management. You will also identify new opportunities and drive growth across the company's products. You are not shy to build a network and thrive within the community!

Your Role at FINOVERSE

  • Achieve sales targets and performance objectives for sponsorship within your remit.
  • Make outgoing sales calls to potential clients, with a big focus on new business clients, to maximize revenue for sponsorship as we enter new markets.
  • Be knowledgeable about the industries, client profiles, competitors, and products to sell the right solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, call management, and lead generation.
  • Ensure accurate use and maintenance of systems supporting sales activities.
  • Handle sales administration activities (reports, meetings, plans, etc.) efficiently.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure all client-related activities are fulfilled.
  • Proactively look for better solutions for sales strategies and client service management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development position.
  • Experience in selling sponsorship/projects is preferred.
  • Passionate about the FinTech/Event industry.
  • Working experience in startups/small teams is a big plus.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable.
  • Good at English business writing.
