Customer Experience Associate with English (Night shift), Bulgaria

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Department: Customer Care – Customer Experience
Commitment: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts with honesty, integrity, and knowledge in supporting and strengthening the company’s culture, values, and mission.
  • Manages incoming contacts from existing or potential customers.
  • Initiates outbound contacts to existing or potential customers.
  • Identifies and assesses customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for interactions with both internal and external customers.
  • Meets personal and team targets.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information if required.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Works with line managers and respective functions to ensure proper customer service is delivered.
  • Handles changes.
  • Goes the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Executes other tasks related to the fulfillment of all described duties.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in a relevant customer support role is mandatory.
  • Experience in the fintech field is not mandatory.
  • Ability to work on late/night shifts.
  • Reasonable understanding of the company’s business, its technical, financial, and organizational structure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the company, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, respect for personal dignity and rights, interest in financial technologies and services, and motivation for the role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
