Position Overview

We are hiring a Financial Accountant to manage the operations and accounting of our entities. You will play a pivotal role in delivering timely and accurate financials, maintaining rigorous internal controls, and scaling systems to support our global operations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a small, high-functioning team within a fast-paced, high-accountability, highly collaborative environment.

The incumbent will "lead by doing"—owning reconciliations, diving into ledger entries, payment and validating token flows, amongst other responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Manage financial reporting across various jurisdictions—journal entries, reconciliations, revenue tracking, and general ledger maintenance.
• Oversee the AP process, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support monthly and annual budget preparation, financial projections, and payroll processing.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and controls.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the entities.
• Prepare group consolidations.

What We Are Looking For

• A background in Accounting. CPA or similar designation is required.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with an audit background.
• A strong understanding of US GAAP.
• A self-starter, able to handle a diverse workload.
• Strong performance track record.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency space is an advantage but not required if a strong interest is shown.
