## Legal Counsel - Prediction and Capital Markets **Location:** United States **Department:** Corporate – Legal **Workplace Type:** Remote --- ### About the Role The Legal Team provides legal and regulatory advice to ensure that all Crypto.com products and services are compliant per local regulations while also meeting the needs of Crypto.com customers. The Legal Team interfaces externally with regulators and service providers in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable law and regulation for Crypto.com. This role will report to the Vice President, Capital Markets Legal in the US and will also work closely with the Legal Team in both APAC and the EU. The primary focus for this role will be to serve as the Legal Team’s expert on the law and regulations applicable to the US and cross-border products offered by Crypto.com’s CFTC-registered exchange, clearinghouse, futures commission merchant, introducing brokers and broker-dealer. The Legal Team provides proactive and solution-oriented legal and regulatory advice and guidance to multiple stakeholders to enable the development and launch of Crypto.com products and services in a way that meets our obligations as well as the needs of our customers. Work cross-functionally to identify, analyze, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks (while maximizing commercial opportunities) related to the introduction of new products and services.
