We're a 60-person global team and we're looking for a hands-on **HR Operations Specialist** to be the backbone of our people operations globally. This is not purely an administrative role. You'll be at the heart of the employee experience at Confirmo — owning HR processes, driving people initiatives, and keeping our Prague office running smoothly. For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving global team and shape how we operate. ### **Key Responsibilities** - **Own HR across four regions** — manage day-to-day HR operations for employees in the US, Ireland, Czech Republic, and Dubai, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a great employee experience across all locations. - **Manage Prague office operations** — take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Czech office, from facilities and supplies to vendors and everything in between. - **Drive People Operations** — coordinate and execute people-focused initiatives including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and company events that bring our global team together. - **Support the employee lifecycle** — maintain accurate HR records, support hiring coordination, and ensure smooth processes from first day to last. - **Be a culture carrier** — help build an environment where people feel connected, supported, and set up to do their best work, whether they're in Prague or on the other side of the world. - **Identify and improve** — spot inefficiencies in how we operate and proactively suggest and implement better ways of doing things. ### **Your Profile** - **Experience in HR operations** — you've worked across HR administration, people ops, or office management, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment. - **Multi-country exposure** — you don't need to have worked across multiple jurisdictions before, but you're excited to learn the nuances of HR across the US, Ireland, Czech Republic, and Dubai and comfortable navigating that complexity as you go. - **Proactive and hands-on** — you don't wait to be told what needs doing.
