This role requires existing web3 experience — you should already be comfortable navigating on-chain data, DeFi protocols, and the broader crypto ecosystem. On top of that, backgrounds in quantitative finance, trading, market making, exchanges, or fintech analytics are highly valued and will help you hit the ground running.
